With Jonny’s guidance I lost over 4kg of fat while still maintaining strength and performance in the gym
Gregg was a regular guy who trained hard in weightlifting and CrossFit 4-5x a week and wasn’t making as good a progress both strength wise and aesthetically as he thought he should.
Gregg wanted to lean up and lose some belly fat while maintaining his strength and performance in the gym, so he came to Next Step Nutrition.
Gregg was put on the ‘Performance Package’ which allowed him to learn exactly what fuel he needed in order to reach his body composition goals without affecting his performance goals in the gym. With the flexible approach to tracking he was able to fit this around his busy work and social life as well.
During his time with Next Step Nutrition, Gregg added kgs to all of his major lifts, while losing 4kg of fat.
I had been doing crossfit for about a year before I began nutritional coaching with Jonny. Although I was increasing my levels of fitness, I wasn’t quite seeing the results I desired in the mirror. With Jonny’s guidance I lost over 4kg of fat while still maintaining strength and performance in the gym. Besides the aesthetic benefits, perhaps the best thing I received was a greater understanding of food, and the knowledge of what exactly I am putting into my body.
